Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Guggi AI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
The short version. Open the app and go to
Profile → Delete Account, or email
support@guggiai.com if you
can't access the app. Your account, analyses, and uploaded photos are
permanently removed.
1. Delete in the app (instant)
- Open Guggi AI and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately.
2. Request by email
If you can't access the app, email support@guggiai.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Account & login (email, profile)
- Onboarding profile (gender, country, preferences)
- All outfit analyses and uploaded photos
- Style Duels, Colour Palettes, usage history, and feedback
- Subscription linkage (your RevenueCat customer record is anonymized)
4. Data retention
- Photos are deleted from our storage immediately.
- Our AI provider (Anthropic) may retain submitted images for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted. Images are never used to train AI models.
- Crash and analytics logs use an anonymous identifier and are not used to re-identify you after deletion.
- We retain only limited records required by law (e.g., transaction records), where applicable.
