Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Guggi AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Guggi AI on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Guggi AI. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may only use Guggi AI with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not intended for users under 13.

3. Your account

• You sign in to Guggi AI using a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app.

4. The Service

Guggi AI provides AI-generated style and outfit analysis based on photos and context you provide. The Service may include features such as Outfit Analysis, Quick Check, Style Duel, and Color Thief. Features, tier limits, and pricing may change from time to time; significant changes will be communicated in advance where reasonable.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Free tier: A limited number of analyses per month at no cost.
• Paid tiers: Style+, Pro, and Elite plans offer additional analyses and features. Pricing depends on your region and is shown in the app at the point of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, in accordance with your app store's terms.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play or the App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — current period access continues until the end of the paid term.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by your app store under their respective policies. We do not directly process refunds.
• Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

6. Your content

"Your content" means anything you upload, capture, or submit to Guggi AI — including outfit photos, descriptions, and inputs.

• You own your content. Guggi AI does not claim ownership of your photos or inputs.
• License to operate the Service: You grant Guggi AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and analyze your content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
• No training: We do not use your photos to train our or any third party's AI models without your explicit, separate consent.
• You are responsible for what you upload. You confirm you have the rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload nudity, sexually explicit content, violent or graphic content, or content depicting minors inappropriately;
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• Use Guggi AI to harass, defame, or harm others;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our models, prompts, or proprietary systems;
• Scrape, automate, or use Guggi AI for any commercial resale of analyses;
• Bypass tier limits, rate limits, or security measures;
• Interfere with the Service, other users, or our infrastructure;
• Use Guggi AI for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

8. AI disclaimer

Guggi AI uses artificial intelligence to generate style feedback. AI outputs are inherently probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your specific situation. Guggi AI is a supportive tool — not a substitute for professional styling, medical, legal, financial, or any other expert advice. Always use your own judgment.

9. Intellectual property

The Guggi AI app, branding, designs, prompts, models, scoring system, and all related materials (excluding your content) are owned by Guggi AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

10. Third-party services

Guggi AI integrates with third-party services including Google, Apple, Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, and Sentry. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their outages.

11. Suspension and termination

• By you: You may stop using Guggi AI at any time and delete your account from the app.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or for legal, security, or operational reasons.
• Effect of termination: Your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licenses you've granted for already-processed content, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, suitable, or error-free, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guggi AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Guggi AI in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Guggi AI harmless from any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service, add or remove features, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, announced inside the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under mandatory local law.
